Ian was great, he arrived on time repaired all 3 chimneys on my Dad’s house. He took photos showing me what he needed to do and explained everything and was professional and did an excellent job.

We hired Ian (the owner) of First Aid Chimney Care to come find out why our house was smelling like smoke each time we had a fire. Ian came out right away and discovered our chimney was leaking. We decided to replace the chimney and fireplace after using it extensively for 25 years. Ian was spectacular as he made sure our furniture and our dogs were safe while he carefully removed the unit and installed the new one. He paid attention to the smallest details and persevered until all was perfect. He coordinated with a plasterer to close the wall surrounding the fireplace. He lit a fire to insure there were no leaks before the wall was repaired. We couldn’t be happier with the result. Ian is a conscientious worker who does quality work; he is now our number one fireplace caretaker. Thanks, Ian! We appreciate you!

Great experience with first aid chimney care cleaned my chimney & found damaged flu. Ian the owner recommended we reline the chimney with a new liner went over all the details with me time of service an got the work done very efficient an in a timely manner now my home has a bran new chimney that is working great. I highly recommend an will be using ian & his company again.
